Why Work for Home Sweet Home Care?
Caregiving can be incredibly rewarding work, but we also know it isn’t always easy. Our goal is to create an environment where caregivers feel supported, respected and appreciated for the important work they do every day.
You Are an Important Part of the Team
Our caregivers are the people our clients see every day. You build relationships, notice changes, solve everyday problems and help people continue living where they feel most comfortable — at home.
We understand that the quality of care we provide depends heavily on the people providing it.
That is why we want caregivers who take pride in their work, and we want those caregivers to know that their work matters.
You’re Not Just Filling a Shift
When you walk into a client’s home, you may be the person they have been looking forward to seeing all day.
You may give a family member enough peace of mind to go to work, run errands or simply rest for a few hours.
What feels like an ordinary shift to you can make an enormous difference in someone else’s life.

We Know Caregiving Doesn’t Always Go According to Plan
Client needs change. Schedules change. Unexpected situations happen. You should not feel like you have to figure everything out alone.
We Support Our Caregivers — and We Have Expectations Too
Our clients depend on us, which means we depend on our caregivers. Reliability and communication are extremely important in home care.
We don’t expect perfection. We do expect caregivers to communicate, show up when scheduled, treat clients with respect and take their responsibilities seriously.
A strong caregiving team works best when the caregiver, client and office communicate with one another.

- Are dependable
- Communicate when something changes
