OUR STORY
Rooted in Family. Built Around Care.
Home Sweet Home Care was founded in October 2004 by Shirley McGee. Her experience caring for her own mother helped her see just how important it is for people to have the opportunity to age with dignity, familiarity, and support in the comfort of home.
Stephanie Jensen joined Home Sweet Home Care in July 2009 and spent more than a decade working alongside Shirley and learning every part of the business. When Shirley retired, Stephanie continued the company with the same commitment to compassionate, personalized care.
For Stephanie, that commitment is also deeply personal. Her own experiences as a parent taught her the importance of dependable support, flexibility, patience, and having people you can truly count on during challenging seasons of life.
Today, Home Sweet Home Care continues to be guided by those same principles: treating every client as an individual, supporting families, and helping people remain as safe and independent as possible in the place they know best — home.
